In House Spa Treatments stocks only the highest quality beauty products.
The products used & recommended in our services are Heritage Healers, Dr Eckstein, Creative Nails, Algologie.
If you have enjoyed the results from your treatment & would like a particular product that has been used during your treatment, you can purchase from us directly or we can send them direct to your home.
We offer free advice to optimize your home care after we have consulted with you about your individual requirements.

Gift certificates available
Our exquisite gift vouchers are suitable for everyone and all occasions.
Bookings
To ensure the
time, date & services you require booking in advance is recommended. To secure your booking, payment by master card or visa card at the time of booking is required of 50% for all treatments & is fully refundable with the appropriate notice.
Cancellations
We under stand that sometimes it is necessary to change your schedule or your appointment time. As a courtesy to others we ask you to please provide us with a minimum 24hr notice if you wish change or cancel an appointment.
You will receive a full refund if we receive 24 hr notice from time of booking.
Within the 24 hr notice a cancellation fee
will be charged at 50 % of total booking costs & receive 50% deposit back.
4 hrs notice you will be charged 50 % of total booking & receive a credit note in the form of a gift certificate for 50%.
No shows clients or no notice cancellations will be charged 100% of the total booking fee.
Health Considerations
Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any major medical
conditions such as cancer, heart disease, allergies or are pregnant so we can provide the appropriate beauty, massage & spa services.
What to wear
As we come to you we recommend you wear loose comfortable clothing that is not your best clothing.
